Privacy
The app
SpotDeck runs entirely on your iPad. Your audio files, cue points, types, and projects are stored on the device only. The app has no accounts, no cloud sync, and no analytics inside it, and it does not send your data to Upload Studio LLC, Apple, or any third party. Deleting the app removes its data.
The website
This website uses Umami — a self-hosted, cookie-free analytics tool — to understand which pages get traffic. Umami records page URLs, anonymized referrers, screen size, and a few basic device properties. It sets no cookies, does not fingerprint, and does not store your IP address (it's hashed before storage).
Support and waitlist forms
When you submit the support form on the help page or the waitlist form on the beta page, the submission is processed by Web3Forms (a third-party form-handling service) and emailed to Upload Studio LLC. Web3Forms sees the fields you submit, the originating IP address, and standard HTTP request metadata. Their privacy policy is at web3forms.com/privacy.
To prevent abuse, this site stores a short timestamp in your browser's local storage when you submit a form, so it can't be resubmitted immediately. The timestamp contains no personal data, isn't sent anywhere, and isn't used to identify or track you.
